Purpose of the FCC mod
The FCC mod is provided as a tool for people that receive special permission from the competent authorities to increase transmission power beyond normal levels in CE or SRRC areas. It is not intended to be used as a means of breaking the law. We encourage you to always follow your local rules and regulations and to not use this modified app if you did not receive express permission to do so. If you use this modified app without special permission from the competent authorities, you assume full responsibility for your actions and you release ___CMPTOKEN___ (the owner of Drone Tweaks), its employees, agents, officers, trustees and representatives (in their official and individual capacities) from any and all liability whatsoever for any personal or bodily injury (including death) and loss of or damage to property that may be caused by you using this app.
Purpose of the AirSense mod
The AirSense mod is provided as a tool for people with the correct drone model to enable the AirSense system, regardless of the country where they're flying.
DJI AirSense is an alert system that uses ADS-B technology to give drone pilots enhanced situational awareness and help them make responsible decisions while flying. This feature gathers flight data sent automatically from nearby aircraft with ADS-B transmitters, analyzing it to detect potential collision risks and alert users well in advance through the mobile app.
You should always fly within VLOS, obey your altitude limits and give way immediately if you see or hear a manned aircraft nearby. Activation of the AirSense system does in no way mean flight safety is not still the pilot's responsibility.

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the user or other dealings in the software.
Signing of the iOS apps

Return policy
First of all, because we are signing the app for you and, once added to the Apple developer account, your device cannot be removed and so the slot it's using cannot be reused for another device and second, since the app cannot be taken away from your device once you activate the license, we are unable to provide refunds without good cause.
We will of course offer a full refund if you are encountering issues with the app but purchases made by mistake or simply changing your mind after purchase are not unfortunately valid reasons for a refund.
In order to make this as easy as possible for you, we are handling the signing of the iOS apps by registering your device in our Apple developer account, which is why we are requiring your device's UDID. There are a couple of things to keep in mind regarding signing.
First, please note that Apple might approve your UDID registration instantly or they might impose a waiting time of up to 72 hours. This is completely out of our control and there is nothing we can do to make this go faster, it is entirely up to Apple. Also, once the UDID registration has been submitted, the process cannot be stopped as Apple does not allow it so please note that a refund on the grounds of not wanting to wait the full 72 hours time imposed by Apple is not possible.
Second, please note that Apple sometimes terminates accounts that are deemed to not strictly adhere to their Terms of Use and signing private apps for people to sideload them is walking a fine line within those Terms. In the event that Apple revokes our certificate we will do our best to re-establish the developer account and make the impact on your usage of the app as low as possible.
However, this service is provided as "best effort". If at some point we will no longer be able to provide the signing service for our FCC mods, we will provide detailed instructions on how you can get it signed yourself.
